As the world has finally fully opened again, it's time to get back to exploring, to adventuring, to learning, to enjoying.
We invite you to join us in Italy for a fully curated week of exciting excursions, gourmet feasts, wonderful conversations, and unforgettable memories.
The Villa
Our home for the week will be a magnificent fifteen bedroom palazzo dating back to the 15th century. This fully restored mansion features multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, landscaped gardens, swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, wifi, and a full staff.
The Itinerary
While no two days will ever be alike, and we hesitate to ever refer to them as “typical”, the schedule tends to look something like this. Wake up at your leisure to breakfast prepared by our staff. Some use their mornings for fitness on the grounds, others to relax, still others for mimosas.
Around 11am our chauffeurs will arrive to take us on that day’s optional, yet highly recommended adventure. These excursions will allow you to see and experience the vast array of delights that Tuscany has to offer, all curated from an insider’s perspective.
Return to the villa for some downtime and prepare for cocktail hour which leads into that night’s decadent dinner party at a gourmet restaurant or from private chefs while you bond with your group of fellow travelers. And then the next day we do it all again.
Excursions
Though we purposely keep the exact details of the next day's agenda hidden until the night before, your week will be full of adventures that allow you to sample the highlights of what makes Tuscany so famous. Expect private tastings at award winning wineries, guided tours of ancient cities, pampering at natural thermal spas, mingling with the jetset at coastal resort towns, and more.
The Evenings
The days are all memorable, but it’s the nights that our past travelers have told us they love the most. Each evening is an extravagant dinner party with fantastic cuisine, unlimited fine wines and cocktails, themes, games, and lots of laughter.
The Details
This chapter of A Moveable Feast will run from Sunday, August 28th until Saturday, September 3rd, 2022.
Guests are encouraged to arrive and depart through Galileo Galilei airport in Pisa, though transport is available to and from the Florence airports and neighboring train stations. We are happy to assist with arranging flights from the departure airport of your choice.
Rates
Participation in this A Moveable Feast is priced at 4,000€ per person. This rate is all inclusive and covers the house, all staff, chauffeurs, all meals and beverages, all excursions and airport transfers.
A 1,000€ deposit is required to reserve your spot, with the remainder due 15 days before the trip begins. In the event that Italian travel policies change prior to the trip due to COVID, a full refund will be issued.
